  You ordered 3 signature creations and 1 hot stone. I gave you one free signature creation.
  
  Your expectation is buy 2 get 2 free which the coupon does not say..

  Terrible Customer Service!!!!
  With Buy one Get one free Coupon, I end up paying thrice. He could't even communicate with you clearly and he only says system is not taking the offer. And the guy doesn't seems newly trained either, could be the franchise owner him self. He don't even TRY to make you HAPPY. I would never go again to this store, even if he offer ICE CREAM for FREE!!!!
  
  This kind of things wont happen in other cold stone @ Apex, which we go regularly!!

  Updated 9/9/2016: Definite improvement. I'm changing my review from 1 star to 4 star.
  
  They're faster, know how to make the ice cream and seen to understand that they don't need to touch everything with their bare hands. They've worked the bugs out!
  
  [Old review: I've been to this location a few times, trying to give them a chance and I can definitely say that this is the worst run Cold Stone I've ever been to. They're start-up growing pains are profound.
  
  Their staff is weirdly slow
  They don't like to wear gloves as when touching your food
  The ran out of Chocolate yesterday (Chocolate!)
  Most of them seem so... confused when putting your ice cream together
  
  It's just this painful, unsanitary, laborious process every time we go there. Just not worth it. We gave them a chance (several actually).]
