  Far from the best cookies except the cream filled ones. I personally love their cream. Not worth making a special trip to the mall but if you're already there and just want a big soft cookie and a variety to choose from, it fits the bill.

  Not only did I not get what I ordered, the cookie cake was not ready when I was told I could pick it up. The WORST design EVER!!! Not even close to what I wanted. Then, once at the party and the cookie was cut.... it was RAW!!!!! Needless to say, I was angry and embarrassed!!!! I will NEVER order from this company again!!!! Don't bother wasting your time with them!!

  Ever since the store has switch ownership I have notice an extreme improvement. The cookies are always fresh, moist ,and Delicious. I get all my cookie cakes for special occasions from here. The customer service is excellent and they are always courteous and kind.

  I called late on Saturday night requesting a cookie cake for Monday and the man on the line refused. He said he already had twelve cakes to make on Sunday. Not my idea of customer service by a long shot. I took my business to Mrs. Fields instead.
