  Crema is, and has been, the best coffee in the Triangle since its establishment. Kevin is a master of his craft, and his passion for coffee shines through every roast, latte, and cappachino he produces. Add the direction and vision of Eric and Deanna, and an already world class experience gets surprisingly better.
  
  As a coffee afficianado I've visited every coffee shop in the Triangle area, and make it a point to visit new coffee shops where ever they may surface, and I can say with supreme confidence that Crema is the standard excellence in the indusrty. Despite the fact that I roast my own coffee at home, I always have an urge to go visit Crema just to see what kind of wizardry Kevin is working up, and marvel at the beautiful confections Deanna has baked.
  
  It's an experience that harbors a sense of community akin to that of a European cafe, where you'll always see a familiar face, and a friendly conversation or intellectual challenge is waiting for you behind every smile. Go, sit, drink coffee, talk about whatever you're passionate about with a stranger, and experience what coffee is meant to be, a uniting force of ideas, individuals, and joy. Seriously, it's amazing.

  Love their blended ice coffee drinks. really really good cakes, really good breads. customer service is awesome. Probably one of the best coffee shops in Cary, NC. Good place to chill and hang out. Blueberry cream cheese bread is my favorite along with chocolate bread.
