  Slow service for a Saturday morning. Witnessed an employee blow his nose before shift, then walk behind the counter and started working the register and wait on people.

  I come here about 3 times a week and the staff is always super friendly and my iced coffee is always very good. When you order food, it slows down the time to get your order which idk why people don't see the common sense in that and complain. Also they're clearly understaffed which is not the employees fault. I think people are too critical and its just a coffee shop. The employee Sophia (which coincidentally has the same name as me) is super friendly and always greets me and takes my order promptly

  I don't even think this location deserves any stars. They have the rudest staff. I asked for a Sweet Tea Lemonade--something that is on their menu--and had 2 people tell me very rudely that they do not have lemonade. It's fine if it's no longer a menu item, just say you will fix it and ask me if I want something else! RUDEST STAFF EVER!!!
