  We love the crepes and the atmosphere! However, they need to teach the staff to greet the incoming guests within 1 minute of arriving, regardless of how busy they are. We waited 5 minutes and no response, so we left.

  I was very disappointed. We waited 20 minutes to be seated, and then another 15 minutes before our server came over. It took 30+ minutes to get our coffees, and after an hour we asked about our food. Our food had been delivered to another table, and we had to ask before they even told us. After another 40 minutes, with no food. We decided to leave. We asked for water, which we never got. We were pretty sad, because the food looked and smelled amazing. It was sad that the staff didn't really care, they wanted to charge us for food we never received, which we asked them to take off. No one apoligized or seemed to care. Tables who were seated after us, received food, and left before us.
  We have all worked as servers in the past, so we understand how stressful it can be when it's busy, but the way we were treated was very disrespectful. We were from out of town, and we saw the reviews, so we were looking forward to this experience. We were pretty disappointed to wait 2 hours and never receive our food.

  I love their coffee. Order a Breve, you won't be disappointed. I've enjoyed the food as well. Very nice European Cafe. I will continue to visit.
