  Very dispointed during my visit everytime i come in here the manager always arguing with crew members and my food is wrong crew members are ok but todays evening manager was very unprofessional and lobby was dirty if the lobby is dirty imagine the back wont visit there again

  The worst! Went thru drive thru today to order 2 Happy Meals. Someone gave me the milks and then a very angry "manager" woman came to the window to ask me if I had received my drinks yet. She was yelling at staff for something. Then she goes and prepares a coffee for herself with whipped cream and proceeds to lick all of the whipped cream off her fingers before immediately going to prepare my Happy Meals. The french fries were old brown fries. I was too disgusted to ask for a refund and just took them and threw them away. Will never be back to this joke of a McDonald's. This is apparently a common theme here with the Richard's Group management. Man I cannot wait to leave this area.

  The McDonald's in the Cary, NC area have gone seriously downhill as of late. This time it took nearly 20 minutes to get a sandwich and fries. Manager is in the back cooking because they are understaffed and the two on the front counter had no idea how to run anything.
  
  It'll be a long time before I set foot in a McDonald's again.

  Well like I said it'd be awhile before I returned to this McDonald's and its gotten worse. You have a guy working the counter that doesn't understand what the menu items are. You have another lady that comes over to help him and then still gets the order wrong.
  
  No ketchup anywhere to be found. Have to ask for it and then nobody on the counter can find any.
  
  No quarter pounder meat in the warming trays so have to wait for that to finish cooking.
  
  Some alarm in the back is beeping continuously and nobody had a clue what it was. It beeped the entire time we were there and was still beeping when we left.
  
  Rather depressing to walk into any of the Cary McDonalds any more.
